1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing the Mahaloka Valley website, contacting us for a service, making a reservation, or using an authorized administrative integration, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the applicable service.
Separate written booking conditions, rate rules, cancellation terms, or provider terms supplied with a reservation form part of the agreement and take priority for that reservation if they conflict with these general website terms.
2. Website information
We aim to keep descriptions, photographs, prices, travel information, and availability accurate. Island conditions, weather, maintenance, schedules, supplier arrangements, and other circumstances may change. Website content is general information until a service is confirmed directly by Mahaloka Valley or the relevant provider.
Nothing on the website is professional medical, legal, financial, or safety advice. Follow official instructions and assess travel activities according to your own circumstances.
3. Reservations, rates, and payment
- A reservation is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from Mahaloka Valley or the booking provider you selected.
- Rates, inclusions, taxes, payment deadlines, cancellation rules, and refund conditions are those shown in the applicable offer and confirmation.
- You are responsible for providing accurate guest, contact, stay, and payment-reference information.
- We may request reasonable verification to prevent fraud or confirm a payment. Never send card passwords, one-time passwords, or online-banking credentials.
- If an obvious pricing or availability error occurs before confirmation, we may correct it and offer you the choice to accept the corrected terms or cancel without charge from us.
4. Tours, snorkeling, boats, transfers, and other guest services
Travel and activity services may be operated by independent providers. Departure time, route, equipment, access, and completion may depend on weather, sea conditions, road conditions, minimum participation, government restrictions, safety decisions, or supplier operations.
You must follow safety instructions, disclose relevant accessibility or health concerns before booking, supervise children in your care, and hold the travel documents and insurance appropriate to your plans. A provider may refuse or stop participation when reasonably necessary for safety.
5. Third-party platforms and links
The website may link to Booking.com, Trip.com, WhatsApp, Instagram, Google, payment services, maps, or other independent platforms. Their services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, availability, and security controls. A link does not make Mahaloka Valley responsible for a third party's systems or content.
When a third-party platform processes a booking or payment, questions about that platform's processing should also be directed to the platform.
7. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website or services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, submit malicious code, scrape protected areas, impersonate another person, infringe rights, publish unlawful content, or use our systems for spam or fraud.
We may restrict access, cancel an unauthorized request, preserve evidence, or contact appropriate providers or authorities when reasonably necessary to protect guests, accounts, systems, or legal rights.
8. Content and intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, Mahaloka Valley owns or is authorized to use the website design, brand assets, text, original photographs, and published materials. You may view and share public page links for personal, non-commercial use. Reproduction, resale, alteration, or commercial use requires prior permission from the relevant rights holder.
If you provide content for publication, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and grant us the permission reasonably necessary to use it for the requested purpose.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, a particular external-platform result, or that every third-party service will remain available.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, Mahaloka Valley is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use, third-party systems, circumstances outside reasonable control, or reliance on unconfirmed information. Liability for a confirmed service remains subject to applicable law and the specific booking terms.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and authorized Google or Instagram integration data. By using an applicable service, you acknowledge those practices.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply to you. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern promptly. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by the competent forum under applicable Indonesian law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when services, integrations, or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will remain available at this URL. Changes do not retroactively replace confirmed booking terms unless required by law or agreed with you.
13. Contact us
Questions about these terms can be sent to info@mahalokavalley.com or through our contact page.

6. Authorized Social Publishing integration
Mahaloka Social Publishing is a private management feature for authorized Mahaloka Valley staff. It connects the resort's own website articles to its authorized Instagram account and Google Business Profile. Users must have authority over every connected account and may not use the feature to access or publish to another party's account.
External platform availability, review, moderation, quotas, and content policies continue to apply. Publishing to the website is separate from publishing to an external channel, and failure of an external channel does not remove the website article.
