Copy these details into Wise, Revolut, or your bank app. If the app asks for payment purpose, choose travel, accommodation, hotel, or invoice payment.
International transfer steps
Choose the easiest way to send your payment
We recommend Wise or Revolut because they are usually easier for international guests and often cost less than a normal SWIFT bank transfer. Before you send, check the fee, exchange rate, and delivery time shown in your app.
Pay via Wise
- Open Wise and choose Send.
- Add a new bank account using our BCA details on this page.
- Enter the invoice amount. If Wise asks for currency, use the option shown in the app.
- Check the fee, exchange rate, and delivery time.
- Pay using the method Wise shows for your country.
- Send us the Wise receipt or screenshot.
Pay via Revolut
- Open Revolut and go to Payments.
- Tap the plus button, then choose Bank or International.
- Enter our BCA bank details and add your booking or invoice reference.
- Enter the invoice amount and check the fee and delivery time.
- Confirm only if all bank details are correct.
- Download or screenshot the confirmation and send it to us.
Transfer from your bank
- Open your bank's international or SWIFT transfer form.
- Use the Bank Central Asia account details and SWIFT code CENAIDJA.
- Enter the exact invoice amount and your booking or invoice reference.
- Check all bank fees before you confirm.
- Save the receipt and send it to us by WhatsApp or email.
Reservation policy
Important payment rules
Pay at least 50%
To keep your reservation, please pay at least 50% of your invoice no later than 10 days before arrival. If we do not receive payment by that date, your reservation may be cancelled automatically.
Free cancellation: 5 days
You can cancel for free up to 5 days before arrival. If your payment can be refunded, we will send it back to your bank account via Wise.
Last-minute bookings
If you book within 3 days before arrival, you do not need to pay a down payment. You can pay at the property when you arrive.
Children rates
Children rates include complimentary breakfast and an extra bed.
Transfer app notes
Check the fee and delivery time in your app
Wise and Revolut show the fee and possible delivery time before you send. Holidays, weekends, extra checks, or wrong bank details can make transfers slower.
